What we created
The project focuses on the creation of the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) for the client aimed at improving the efficiency and organization of document handling processes within organization. The EDMS facilitates the digitization, storage, retrieval, and management of documents in a secure and streamlined manner, enhancing collaboration and reducing reliance on paper-based documentation.
CHALLENGE
The primary challenge of this project was to design and implement a comprehensive EDMS that meets the specific needs of our client looking to modernize their document management practices. Key objectives include:

  • Digitization of Documents: Transitioning physical documents to digital formats to facilitate easier storage and access.
  • Document Storage and Retrieval: Creating an organized repository where documents can be stored securely and retrieved quickly through powerful search functionalities.
  • Access Control and Security: Establishing role-based access controls to ensure that sensitive documents are protected and only accessible to authorized personnel.
  • Workflow Automation: Streamlining document workflow processes such as approvals, revisions, and sharing to enhance productivity and reduce turnaround times.
PROCESS
The key stages of the process include:
